Heath Ballard

Heath Ballard has extensive work experience in various industries, including the energy, waste disposal, tank rental, and soft-craft services sectors. Heath has held leadership roles in multiple companies, including Private Equity Held Businesses. Ballard has served as a Chief Operating Officer at Industrial Specialty Services (ISS), where they provide integrated mechanical services and solutions to a variety of markets. Previously, they worked as President at PSS Industrial Group, overseeing upstream, downstream, and heavy industrial markets. In this role, they successfully increased revenues by almost 90% within two years. Ballard also served as a Director of Strategic Projects, IT & Business Development at Sprint Waste Services, L.P., where they played a key role in securing large contracts. Heath has held additional leadership positions at United Environmental Services, Evergreen Tank Solutions, Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services, and the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Communications Officer.
