Keith Kobayashi

Keith Kobayashi is an experienced design engineer currently employed at Industrial Specialty Services (ISS) since September 2023. With a diverse background, prior roles include manufacturing engineer at UNI-FORGE and a variety of positions at Team Industrial Services, where responsibilities ranged from Sr. Hot Tap Estimator to project management and R&D. Keith has also worked as a technical sales engineer at Candor Specialty Industries, a mechanical engineer at VIR, and a mechanical design engineer at Team Industrial Services earlier in their career. Keith began in the industry as a forklift operator at H-E-B, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Texas State University, completed in 2005.
