Luiz Cassiano Rando Rosolen

Luiz Cassiano Rosolen has extensive experience in leadership and finance, currently serving as CEO at ROMI since December 2006. Previously, Luiz held various roles at ROMI, including CFO, Supply Chain, and Investor Relations positions. Before joining ROMI, Luiz worked at Deloitte as a Senior Manager, following a tenure at Arthur Andersen and three years at Deloitte USA in Stamford, CT. Luiz's educational background includes an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School in 2013, a Master’s degree in Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2001, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidade Paulista in 1998, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, completed in 1996.
