CJ Lange has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. In 1988, CJ worked as a Journeyman Carpenter - Drywaller for the Wisconsin Carpenter's Union. In 1990, CJ worked as a Telemarketer for Cox Cable Communications. From 1994 to 1997, CJ worked as a Laboratory Technologist for the Blood Center of Southeastern Wisconsin. In 1997, CJ became a Program Development Coordinator for US Counseling Services, Inc. CJ then worked as an Event Entertainer/S-Corp Member for Little Cedar Studios, Inc. from 1992 to 2007. In 2000, CJ started working at Industries for the Blind & Visually Impaired, where they held various roles including Director of Sales and Marketing, E-Commerce Manager, Vice President of Corporate Sales & Marketing, and ultimately President and CEO.
CJ Lange obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1991 to 1994. Later, from 2000 to 2003, they pursued a Masters degree in Information Systems Management from DeVry University.
