Lindy Cobb has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lindy started their career in 1996 as an Assistant Manager at Accor Hotel Groups, where they were responsible for front office operations, maintenance, and housekeeping staff. Lindy worked there until 2002.

In 2001, Lindy joined Industries for the Blind & Visually Impaired and held several roles during their tenure. Lindy began as an Assistant Store Manager and worked their way up to Store Manager, managing the IB Express Base Supply Store. Lindy'sresponsibilities included supplying office products, safety gear, uniforms, and janitorial items to the Federal Government, primarily serving the Air Force and the Federal Prison in Lompoc.
