Nicole Christman has over 23 years of experience in strategic buying, planning, and analysis, currently serving as a Senior Buyer/Planner at Industries for the Blind, Inc., where a focus on attracting federal government contracts and expanding employment opportunities for blind individuals is paramount. Previously, Nicole held multiple roles at Kohl's Department Stores, including Assistant Buyer and Merchandise Analyst, overseeing significant product assortments and driving sales growth through data analysis and strategic merchandising. Early career experience includes a position as Assistant District Manager at Vector Marketing, where recruitment and training initiatives for a large sales team contributed to high office rankings. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
