With a proven track record in leading creative teams and executing numerous photo marketing campaigns, Kaitlyn fosters a culture of problem-solving and risk management. Previous roles include Creative Director and Senior Photo Editor at Industry Art Works, Personal Marketing Assistant at Vivint Solar, and Marketing and Communications Liaison at Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council. Kaitlyn's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Humanities from Marshall University Graduate College and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Marshall University.

Industry Art Works was founded in March 2006 by two veteran studio professionals who saw a need, and responded with the creation of a full-service company to meet the photographic demands of studios, independent producers, and distributors. Our team consists of passionate and dedicated photo editors and retouchers who focus on providing the highest quality imagery for film marketing campaigns. In the span of just over 10 years, IAW has worked on hundreds of projects ranging from blockbuster hits, Academy Award winning films, compelling documentaries, and binge-worthy episodic shows.
