Paul Hawkes is an experienced sales professional with a strong track record in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Sales Director at Industry Beans, dc Specialty Coffee Roasters, and YourCoffee since May 2022, Paul has demonstrated exceptional skills in partnership negotiation and team management. Prior roles include Sales Manager - Retail at Asahi Beverages and State Sales Business Manager at Coca-Cola Amatil, where Paul successfully negotiated a three-year exclusive partnership with the Victoria Racing Club. As State Sales and Operations Manager for Taylors Wines, Paul rebuilt the Victorian sales team, fostering a strong culture and alignment. Earlier experience includes sales management roles at Eversweet Confectionary and Thirsty Camel.
