Trevor Simmons

Trevor Simmons is an accomplished leader in the specialty coffee industry, serving as the CEO of Industry Beans since March 2013, a renowned coffee roaster and venue operator based in Fitzroy, Melbourne. In addition, Trevor has been a Director at YourCoffee since July 2017, contributing to the growth of this innovative contract coffee roastery known for its HACCP-certified facility that offers specialty coffee solutions. Prior to these roles, Trevor co-founded Penny Farthing Espresso in December 2009, helping establish it as one of Melbourne's premier specialty cafes. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Business in Hotel, Restaurant & Catering Management from Victoria University, completed in 2009, and attended Ballarat Grammar School from 2000 to 2005.
