Erica Novoa is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Property Manager for SJP Properties since September 2023 and also holding a Property Manager position at Industry City since August 2021, Erica has demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills. Previous roles include Sr. Property Administrator at First National Realty Partners and Property Administrator at Rendina Healthcare Real Estate. Earlier career experience includes serving as Assistant Property Manager at Jem Realty Management Inc. Erica holds educational credentials from Kaplan College.
