Kevin Hussey is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in managing various commercial real estate assets. Currently serving as a Senior Property Manager at Industry City since May 2022, Kevin previously held positions at APF Properties LLC, where responsibilities included managing a 556,000-square-foot portfolio, and at Jamestown, where Kevin managed Chelsea Market and a mixed-use asset of 1.2 million square feet. Kevin's career began at Kimco Realty Corporation, progressing from Assistant Percentage Rent Administrator to Assistant Property Manager, while also contributing to the City of Binghamton's economic development as an intern. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from Binghamton University and is pursuing further studies at the University of Westminster.
