Jim Jacobsen is the Chairman and CEO of Redcar Properties, a commercial real estate development firm specializing in acquiring underperforming properties in high growth urban neighborhoods and adding value through strategic redevelopment and repositioning. Jim is also the Founder of Industry Partners, a commercial real estate brokerage and design/development services company. Previously, Jim was the Owner/Principal at Wilson Jacobsen/Lee & Associates, focusing on commercial and multi-family real estate development, design, and leasing. Jim started their career as a Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial WESTMAC. Jim holds a BA in History & Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from UCLA.
