Tian Shi

Tian Shi is an experienced analyst with a focus on venture capital and growth, currently working at Industry Ventures since January 2023 specializing in secondaries. Previous roles include analyst positions at StepStone Group and Savano Capital Partners, where responsibilities involved scouting technology-enabled companies and conducting due diligence. Tian held various roles in entrepreneurship and investment competitions, including serving as a teaching assistant and intern at Georgetown University and earning global recognition as a competitor in the Venture Capital Investment Competition. With a background in biology, Tian has demonstrated a commitment to entrepreneurship through participation in Georgetown's Summer Launch Incubator and receiving pro-bono aid from Ballard Spahr.
