Daniel Hätty

Daniel Homer is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a diverse background in security engineering and analysis. Currently, Daniel serves as a Security Engineer III at Akuna Capital, having previously held the position of Security Engineer II. Prior experience includes a role as a Blockchain Security Engineer at Coinbase, specializing in blockchain and smart contract auditing as well as incident response. Daniel's experience also encompasses teaching cybersecurity at the University of Toronto and working as a Security Analyst at Hydro One, focusing on cyber risk management and security assessments. Prior to these positions, Daniel worked at EWA-Canada in various engineering roles. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree with a focus on Computer and Internet Security from Carleton University, complemented by a minor in Philosophy.
