Johan van Den Bulck

Johan Van den Bulck has extensive experience in management and process optimization within the insurance sector. Currently serving as a Procesmanager at Induver since April 2024, Johan previously held the position of Specialist digitalisatie en automatisatie with a focus on process optimization from January to April 2024. As a Co-Founder at TeRoCo from April 2017 to February 2024, Johan played a key role in establishing the company. Prior to that, Johan spent nearly six years at Belfius Insurance, where significant advancements in automation and digitization for the HR department were achieved under their leadership as Senior Executive Manager HR & Organisation. Johan's career also includes pivotal roles at Dexia Insurance Belgium and DVV Verzekeringen, where responsibilities encompassed change management and business analysis. Johan holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics and a postgraduate degree in Tax Law/Taxation from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
