Adrienne began their career as a Director of Organization Development at Roche Diagnostics where they were responsible for the development and execution of talent and organizational transformation strategies. In 2007, they joined Anthem, Inc. as the Staff Vice-President of Organizational Effectiveness. In this role, they were responsible for defining and executing talent and organizational transformation strategies to ensure Anthem had the requisite skills, capabilities, and alignment critical for current and future business success.
In November 2017, Adrienne joined DICK'S Sporting Goods as the Vice President of Talent Strategy where they were responsible for developing and executing on Talent Strategies for talent acquisition (corporate & field), campus recruiting, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, learning & development, and associate engagement.
Adrienne has a proven track record in developing and executing on talent and organizational transformation strategies that have positively impacted business results. Adrienne is a strategic and innovative thinker who is able to translate business needs into actionable plans. Adrienne Sims has a certification from The Wharton School in Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and a certification from Columbia University in Executive Coaching. Adrienne also has a Masters and Doctorate from Rutgers University in Organizational Psychology and a BS from Texas Woman's University in Psychology (Magna Cum Laude).
