Nicolas Poirier

Nicolas Poirier began their career in 2009 as an Assistant Commercial at Socotec Qualification International. In 2010, they joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Web/Java/JEE Developer. In 2011, they worked as a Web Developer at Exprimm (groupe Bouygues). From 2012 to 2017, they held various roles at Excilys, including Consultant Engineer and Java/JEE/Android Engineer. In 2016, they worked as a Tech Lead - Scrum Master - UX/UI Designer at LafargeHolcim and as a Tech Lead - UX/UI Designer at KANOPEE. In 2013, they joined JCDecaux as a Android Developer - UX/UI Designer, and in the same year they began teaching Java/Android at EPF Ecole d'ingénieurs (for Excilys). Most recently, in 2021, they began working as an Engineering Manager at Indy.

Nicolas Poirier obtained an Ingénieur Informatique degree from Polytech Paris-Saclay and an Ingénieur informatique degree from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) between 2007 and 2012. Nicolas has also obtained numerous certifications since then, including Effective Communication: Writing, Design, and Presentation Specialization from University of Colorado Boulder in 2020, Business Strategy Specialization from University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2019, and Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne in 2013.
