Thomas Lombard is the Chief Operating Officer at Indy since 2025. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Amazon, including Senior Manager of Product Management for AmazonBooks and Sr. Product Manager for AmazonBasics, where they significantly enhanced product offerings and financial performance. Thomas also served as the Strategic Projects Director and VP Sales & Customer Care at Ankorstore, leading a substantial team and driving business model innovation. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman and held positions in retail development and strategic planning at multiple organizations. Thomas earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Master’s degree in Strategic Management from HEC School of Management.
