Don Russell is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in the multimedia and entertainment industries, currently serving as the Founder and Chairman of the Board for The Altitude Program since September 2017, where a pivotal non-profit organization was established to support industry growth and over $2M in capital was raised for innovative artist and startup support. As Chief Executive Officer and Founder of IndyBuild Corp since February 2010, a groundbreaking platform for the entertainment sector was launched. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President of Marketing at Pitbull Energy Drink, where marketing strategies were developed and deployed, Assistant A&R at Universal Music Group, contributing to record sales exceeding $25M, Owner/Producer/Engineer at PM Studios, INC, and Creative Director at EXPO THEATRE PRODUCTIONS, INC, where impactful trade show presentations were produced.
