Tessa manages day-to-day operations of the firm. She ensures that prospective clients are connected with financial advisors in an efficient manner and advisors have a delightful experience on Indyfin’s platform. Tessa enjoys mentoring staff members and helps them succeed in their jobs. Tessa has a BS in Applied Psychology from Regis University and is working on her Masters in Organizational Leadership.
