Dale Crum

VP, Manufacturing at Indyme Solutions

Dale Crum joined Indyme in 1988 and has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company’s infrastructure and manufacturing processes and procedures, including lean manufacturing and MRPII implementation. Prior to assuming the role of vice president of manufacturing, Crum managed several areas of Indyme’s growing manufacturing team, including purchasing, materials, production and operations. His prior management experience spans the food service and automotive industries, as well as leadership positions in the U.S. Army as tank commander, helicopter maintenance officer, maintenance test pilot and air battle captain. Mr. Crum holds a Certificate in Production and Inventory Management from the American Production and Inventory Control Society. He volunteers at Classic Rotors Helicopter Museum, holds aviation ratings as a commercial helicopter pilot with instrument rating and is a certified flight instructor for rotorcraft.
