Hayataki Masaharu has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Hayataki started their career at IBM as a Customer Fulfillment Administrator from July 2009 to August 2011. Later, they worked as a Sales Representative at UTi Worldwide, managing key accounts of Japanese clients in the Czech Republic from November 2011 to October 2015.
In 2014, Masaharu joined Doist as a PR/Marketing and Social Media Representative, where they focused on PR and marketing in the Japanese market, writing and translating blog posts, engaging users on Twitter, and executing marketing strategies until June 2017.
From May 2015 to January 2020, Masaharu worked as a Copywriter in Japanese on a project basis at Oban Digital, where they handled tasks related to pay-per-click advertisements, translations, and SEO localization.
Starting October 2015, they took on the role of an Online Marketing Specialist at Digital River until January 2020.
From August 2017 to January 2022, Masaharu partnered with Overdrive Interactive as a Japanese SEO Copywriter. Hayataki worked on international SEO projects for Fortune 100 companies, conducting keyword research, mapping, injection, and providing linguistic feedback.
As a freelancer since February 2013, Masaharu has been providing English to Japanese translation and digital marketing services. Hayataki has helped clients localize their web marketing plans to enter the Japanese market and has been involved in activities such as localizing websites to convey culturally adjusted messages.
Most recently, since June 2020, Masaharu has been serving as the Marketing Director at Inedo.
Hayataki Masaharu attended Kanagawa University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Economics degree with a specialization in Marketing. Additionally, in September 2015, they obtained a certification in Google Analytics from Google. In October 2015, they also earned a certification in Google Adwords from the same institution.
