Lindsey Fraser

Lindsey brings over 30 years of non-profit financial and operations management to her role as INEE’s Administration Officer. She contributes to the effective functioning of the INEE Secretariat and the high-quality and relevant network services of the organization. Lindsey is responsible for supporting the INEE Director and Secretariat staff in ensuring effective and efficient operations and grants management within the network and the Secretariat. This includes development and monitoring of INEE budgets and grant budgets, human resource administration, and administrative and procurement support to INEE activities. She liaises with the relevant support departments at our partner agencies - the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC). She is based at the International Rescue Committee’s offices in New York City.
