Ramiro Martins

Ramiro Martins is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and tribology. Since February 2018, Ramiro has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. Concurrently, Ramiro has been a Senior Researcher at INEGI Porto since 1999, focusing on areas including contact mechanics, EHD lubrication, and fatigue. As a Researcher and Teacher at FEUP since September 2006, Ramiro teaches various subjects, including technical drawing and machine elements. Educationally, Ramiro holds a PhD and MSc in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Construction, respectively, as well as a Licentiate degree in Mechanical Engineering, all from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
