Karen Loftus

Karen Loftus is an accomplished instructional designer and human resources professional with over 30 years of experience in HR, organizational development, and training. Currently serving as an instructional designer at InEight Inc. since May 2019 and founder of Make Leadership More Human since September 2021, Karen has developed programs aimed at enhancing leadership skills for executives and business owners. Previous roles include instructional designer positions at Designs by KL and Quadmark, as well as leadership roles at Florence Crittenton Services of Arizona and the Arizona School Boards Association, where Karen focused on training and organizational development. Karen's educational background includes an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Illinois State University.
