Dr. Kiron C. Neale has over 10 years of work experience in various roles and organizations. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Safety, Health and Environmental Intern at Nutrien, focusing on health, safety, and environmental projects. In 2014, they provided support to the Communications team at the Rhodes Trust. The following year, they continued their role as a Development Intern at the Rhodes Trust, supporting the Communications team. In 2016, Dr. Neale worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Oxford, providing academic, administrative, and pastoral support. From 2017 to 2022, they held multiple roles, including a Development Intern at the Rhodes Trust, a General Examiner at Pearson Education, and a Development Intern at the Rhodes Trust once again. In 2018, they joined Oxford Brookes University as an EiE Environmental Officer, coordinating energy audits and assessments for businesses. Dr. Kiron also worked as an EiE Lead Assessor, contributing to the development of a community energy services company. In 2020, Dr. Neale became the Data & Information Manager at Energy Solutions Oxfordshire, coordinating and leading data-oriented processes. Currently, they are working as a Solutions Engineer at Inenco Group, where they provide expertise and insights to help manage energy and utilities for various organizations.

Dr. Kiron C. Neale has a diverse education background. Dr. Kiron began their academic journey by obtaining a High School Diploma in Sciences from Presentation College, San Fernando in 2009. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Environmental and Natural Resource Management from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. Dr. Kiron completed their undergraduate studies from 2009 to 2012.

Driven by their passion for environmental issues, Dr. Neale then pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Change and Management at the University of Oxford from 2013 to 2014. During this period, they specialized in energy and the environment, climate change, earth systems, environmental change, and research.

Continuing their academic pursuits at the University of Oxford, Dr. Neale embarked on a doctoral program in Geography and the Environment, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) degree from 2014 to 2019. Their research interests throughout their doctoral studies included energy transitions, solar energy, mainstreaming, culture and behavior, and policy.

In addition to their formal education, Dr. Neale has obtained various certifications related to occupational health and safety, defensive driving, fieldwork in the social sciences, anti-bribery, information security, unconscious bias, data protection, dignity at work, environmental awareness, equity and diversity, fire safety, lifting and carrying, reporting health and safety incidents, stress busting, Tableau training, understanding health and safety, whistleblowing essentials, and working with computers. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as NEBOSH, National Safety Council, Social Sciences Division at the University of Oxford, Oxford Brookes University, and the Inenco Group.
