Lucy Rickett

Lucy Rickett is a seasoned professional in partnership management and account direction, currently serving as the Senior Partnerships Manager at INEOS Grenadiers Cycling Team since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Director and Account Manager at SHIFT Active Media, and a Global Account Manager at Publicis Worldwide, where key responsibilities involved managing global brand campaigns for Garnier Fructis. Lucy has also contributed as an Account Manager at BBH London and has volunteered as the UK Charity Manager for Furlonteer.
