Jennifer Warne, MILR, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, serves as an Instructor in the School of Continuing Studies at Rice University since 2006, teaching SHRM Learning System modules and achieving pass rates consistently above the national average. From 2018 to 2023, Jennifer held the role of HR Manager/HR Business Partner at INEOS Styrolution America LLC, overseeing HR functions for both union and non-union manufacturing sites and providing strategic support in various HR areas. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at Marathon Petroleum Company from 2013 to 2018 and at bp from 2006 to 2013, where Jennifer played a key role in revitalizing the Texas City refinery and managing HR operations. Jennifer holds a Master of Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from SUNY Geneseo.
