Robert Hodge has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of safety, health, and environment (SHE) management. Robert has worked for various companies and played key roles in developing and implementing SHE strategies.

Hodge started their career at TRC Companies, Inc. in 2001 as an environmental scientist and later progressed to the role of a project manager. During this time, they led large-scale soil and groundwater clean-up initiatives for clients in the railroad, oil and gas exploration, and chemical industries.

In 2006, Hodge joined IneosNova as an environmental engineer, where they ensured compliance with regulatory environmental standards for the Bayport and Texas City styrene monomer plants.

Robert then joined Ineos Styrenics in 2010 as the Gulf Coast EHS Manager, responsible for developing and executing long-term EHS strategies for the site. In 2011, they became the Regional EHS Manager - Americas, providing EHS technical support and adapting the company's vision and strategy for the Americas region.

From 2013 onward, Hodge worked in INEOS Styrolution America LLC, where they held the role of Vice President of Global Safety, Health & Environment. Robert led the SHE strategy for 20 chemical manufacturing sites across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions.

Lastly, in 2023, Hodge joined INEOS as the SHE & Compliance Manager, continuing their expertise in SHE management.

Robert Hodge obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1996. Robert then pursued a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from the same university, completing it between 1997 and 1999. Additionally, they undertook various coursework on Health and Safety at College of the Mainland.
