Alison Mills

Alison Mills is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director for INEOS, Alison has held multiple HR leadership roles within the company since June 2018, including positions for INEOS Phenol, INEOS Nitriles, and INEOS Acetyls. Previously, Alison worked at Syngenta as HR Transformational Change Lead and Global HRBP for Global Operations. At Smith & Nephew, Alison served as Vice President of Human Resources for Europe & Canada, as well as in various strategic roles. Earlier career stages included significant HR positions at Tyco International and Tyco Fire & Building Products, with foundational experience gained at Sandvik Materials Technology. Alison holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
