Chad Kidwell

Chad Kidwell has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Chad is currently working at INEOS as the Vice President - Commercial. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Procurement - Americas at INEOS.

Before joining INEOS, Chad worked at bp where they served as the Global Category Director - Capital Project Services, responsible for creating transformative category strategies and delivering impactful savings. Chad also held the role of Expat - Procurement & Supply Chain Management - Senior Leader at bp, where they led a multi-cultural team and developed a nationalization strategy for Iraqi suppliers.

Chad's earlier experience includes roles at BP as the Global Supply Chain Manager - low cost country sourcing and as the Site Procurement & Supply Chain Manager. Chad was also a Project Manager at BP, managing large brownfield capital projects.

Prior to joining BP, Chad worked at Continental as the Area Operations Manager, overseeing high volume automotive electronics manufacturing projects. Chad achieved significant operating efficiencies through lean process improvements.

Chad's career began at Adtran, where they developed a distinguished record of promotion and achievement in materials and manufacturing management positions. Chad later joined Kappler as an Industrial Engineer.

Chad Kidwell obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University between 1994 and 1997. Chad then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business at Florida Institute of Technology from 1997 to 1999. In 2022, they completed the International Managers Programme at London Business School, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
