Fabian Siberdt

Fabian Siberdt is an experienced professional in the polymer and catalyst industry with a career spanning over two decades. Since November 2006, Fabian has held various leadership roles at INEOS, including New Business Development Sales Manager, R&D Portfolio Manager, Global Product Manager, and Senior Product Developer, focusing on advancing the Polyolefin Catalysts business and managing R&D projects across multiple sites. Prior to INEOS, Fabian worked at BP Solvay Polyethylene and Solvay Polyolefins Europe, providing technical support for the Utilities market and developing catalytic systems for polyethylene and polypropylene production. Fabian began a career in research at BioTech Tools, where responsibilities included synthesizing a DNA transfection agent. Fabian holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from Université libre de Bruxelles.
