Florence Bardot

Florence Bardot is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in both corporate and sports sectors. As the Group Finance Director at INEOS since July 2011, Florence has established and supervised finance departments across various jurisdictions while overseeing accounting, tax, and legal operations. Additional roles include serving as CFO for INEOS Football, where Florence facilitated the acquisition of a French football club and implemented financial reporting processes. Previously, Florence held the position of CFO at FC Lausanne-Sport, managing operational departments and a stadium construction project. Florence's career began as a Senior Auditor at PwC, leading to finance management roles at Cadbury and Take-Two Interactive Software. With an MBA from Dublin City University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, Florence is also a Chartered Accountant.
