Gaye Salazar

Gaye Salazar has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership positions in well-known companies. Gaye is currently the Global Vice President of Human Resources at INEOS Composites and INEOS. Prior to this, they served as the Global HR Director for Transportation at Axalta Coating Systems, where they oversaw the HR operations for the company's Transportation Coatings business across three continents. Before that, they worked at Hexion Inc., first as the Global HR Director for Epoxy Specialty and later as the Global Director of Human Resources. Gaye Salazar began their HR career at Limited Brands, where they worked as a Manager of Human Resources.

Gaye Salazar obtained a Master's degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business between 2001 and 2003. They also completed a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at The Ohio State University.
