Marco Piccinini

Marco Piccinini is a highly experienced professional in the field of catalyst technology and research, currently serving as the Catalyst Technology Manager at INEOS since January 2021. Prior to this role, Marco held positions at INOVYN as the VCM & OCD Research Manager, focusing on Vinyl Chloride Monomer and Organic Chlorine & Derivatives from July 2016 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as VCM Research Manager and Researcher at Solvay from October 2011 to July 2016, concentrating on VCM and Chlorinated Organic Compound R&D. Marco Piccinini earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry, specializing in Heterogeneous Catalysis, from Cardiff University in 2011 and holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Bologna, completed in 2008.
