Mark Kita

Mark Kita has extensive work experience in sales and management roles in the chemical industry. Mark started their career at American Telephone and Telegraph as a Marketing Research Intern in 1989. Mark then joined Exxon Chemical in 1990, where they worked as an Account Manager and Internal Auditor until 1995. During their time at Exxon Chemical, Mark also worked as a Financial Analyst from 1993 to 1995, analyzing and reporting on the financial health of the Polypropylene business. In 1991, Mark joined United States and Canada as a Technical Sales Representative and held this position until 1993. Mark then joined INEOS in 1995 and held various roles, including Regional Sales Manager and Global Sales Manager, responsible for managing customer relationships, acquiring new accounts, and developing sales strategies. Mark's most recent role at INEOS was Americas Sales Director, where they led the sales team and was responsible for the global sales and regional sales of chemical intermediates.

Mark Kita has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina, which they obtained from 1985 to 1988. Mark then pursued a Masters in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, completing it from 1988 to 1990. Mark also engaged in post-graduate work in Business Law at the University of Chicago from 1991 to 1992.
