Paul Weaver

Paul Weaver currently serves as the Head of Sales for the Americas at INEOS Oxide, a position held since May 2024, where annual sales efforts are directed towards approximately 1.3 billion lbs. Prior to this role, Paul Weaver was with LyondellBasell from September 2008 to May 2024, progressing from Account Representative to Major Account Manager, managing significant sales volumes that included 600 million lbs per year in the Global Chemical Division. Paul's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida, with additional studies at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
