Ryan Kruse

Ryan Kruse, P.E. serves as the Energy Procurement Manager at INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA, LLC, since August 2021, overseeing energy procurement strategies across the Gulf Coast region, including natural gas and power. In prior roles at INEOS, Ryan held various positions, including Olefins Process Technology Manager and I&E Engineering Authority, managing multi-discipline engineering teams for capital projects and ensuring site reliability. Ryan's experience extends to Duke Energy Corporation, where responsibilities included supervising electrical and I&C systems at a nuclear power plant, and roles at Black and Veatch, Kling Stubbins, and WGI focusing on electrical design and engineering for diverse projects. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University.
