Timothy Gately

Timothy Gately is an experienced Digital System Specialist with a robust background in IT and technical support spanning over three decades. Currently employed at INEOS since January 2021, Timothy has previously held roles at BP as a Process System Specialist and Digital Systems Specialist, where significant expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining Process Computer Control systems was developed. Prior experiences include serving as a Field Engineer at IBM, managing a successful migration to Windows 7, and ownership of Bits and Bytes, a computer repair service. Additional roles include IT Lead at BP Amoco and various technician positions across different companies. Timothy's career began in the United States Navy, where duties included leading small boat operations and surf analysis. Timothy holds a certification in IT from STTC.
