Rodolphe Gaucher

Rodolphe Gaucher currently serves as the Deputy Director of Human Resources at Ineris - Institut national de l'environnement industriel et des risques, a position held since October 2008. Responsibilities include overseeing the digital transformation of HR processes, defining training policies, managing GEPP projects, and engaging with the managerial community. Previously, Rodolphe led the Clean Technologies and Circular Economy unit, managing a team of 20 and collaborating with the Ministry of Environment on various directives related to industrial emissions, waste characterization, and micropollutant reduction. Rodolphe's earlier experience includes roles at Ineris focusing on environmental strategy consultancy for businesses, as well as serving in the Marine Nationale on pollution prevention initiatives. Rodolphe is an alumnus of École des Mines de Saint-Étienne, holding a degree as a Generalist Engineer.
