Andriy Rukas

Andriy Rukas has been working in the business industry since 2003. Andriy began their career as an HR Manager (Assistant Intern) at Richland Memorial Hospital in 2003. Andriy then moved to SDP Production - Stroyinvest LLC in 2004 as an International Sales Manager (Americas), where they were responsible for direct sales of Synthetic Diamond Powders Pastes and other superabrasives, lead generation, market research, translation, and CRM management in North and South America. In 2007, they took on two roles, Head of Marketing and Sales Development Department at KAMAZ Representative Office in Ukraine and Regional Representative in Ukraine at Hyva. In 2010, they became the Inertial Sensors & Systems Sales Manager at Bricett, where they focused on products such as Quartz Accelerometers, DTG, and FOG Gyroscopes, and clients such as manufacturers of Inertial Navigation Systems, INS, AHRS, IMU, GNSS, and Aircraft Manufacturers. Andriy then joined InnaLabs Ltd. in 2008 as Regional Sales Manager, where they were responsible for direct international sales of Inertial Navigation Sensors and Systems, marketing research, customer support, prospecting and lead generating, CRM implementation and Administration, customer visits and presentations, and introduction of new products to the market. Andriy also participated in exhibitions such as Singapore Airshow, Eurosatory, MSPO, IDEX, LAAD, IDET, DSEI, TRAKO Railway, Balt Military Expo, and IDEF. In 2017, they became the Regional Sales Engineer - Europe at Inertial Labs, Inc. and in 2021, they founded Rukas Capital Management & Analytics, I.V.

Andriy Rukas obtained a Master's Degree in Economic Cybernetics from Poltava National Technical University between 2001 and 2007. Andriy also obtained a Certificate in Business Administration from Illinois Eastern Community Colleges-Olney Central College between 2002 and 2003. In 2016 and 2017, they obtained a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from Udemy and Coursera between 2019 and 2021, as well as a Valstybinės kalbos mokėjimo pažymėjimas: Pirma kategorija from Vilniaus „Židinio“ suaugusiųjų gimnazija in 2016 and a Chinese Language (Mandarin) A1.2 certification from International House World Organisation in 2013.
