Teresa Salema

Teresa Salema currently serves as the Director at Fundação Altice Portugal since November 2023 and has been a Board Member at INESC since December 2019. As a Partner at Caldeira do Mosteiro, Lda. from November 2017 to 2024, Teresa previously held the role of President of the Executive Board and Board Member at Fundação Portuguesa das Comunicações from April 2015 to November 2023. Earlier experience includes serving as Sustainability and Development Director at Fundação PT, where responsibilities encompassed the ICT development plan and communication, and Head of Corporate Sustainability at PT Centro Corporativo. Teresa has also contributed as an Invited Teaching Assistant at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade Católica Portuguesa and held various marketing and communication roles in the telecommunications sector. Educational qualifications include an Executive Programme in Women on Boards from VdA Academy, an Executive Master in Telecommunications Management, an MBA from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and an engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
