Natasha Malhotra is an experienced operations and customer success leader, currently serving as the Head of Operations & Customer Success and co-founder at Cofndrs since February 2018, where the focus is on facilitating customer-powered growth for large, purpose-led businesses. Prior to this role, Natasha co-founded Spoke and held the position of Head of Customer Success from September 2017 to February 2018. Natasha’s career also includes significant experience at M.C. Partners Technology as Head Of Client Services from July 2009 to September 2017 and as a Senior Consultant at psd group from July 2004 to June 2009. Natasha Malhotra earned an MA in Marketing & Communications from London Business School between 2000 and 2002.
