Rafał Jaros is a professional with extensive experience in consulting and academia, currently serving as an Assistant at Uniwersytet Łódzki since September 2007, alongside a managerial role at 7m consulting, also initiated in September 2007. Previously, Rafał worked as an Advisor at ARKANA.PL from December 2004 to August 2007. Rafał holds a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Lodz and completed education at XV LO.
