Pascal Duquette

Pascal Duquette is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in logistics and procurement. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Director at Infasco since March 2021, Pascal previously held the position of Logistics Director at KDC-One Knowlton from November 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included managing production planning, procurement, and logistics for the facility, overseeing a team of 17 buyers and production planners. At IBM Canada, Pascal worked from January 2007 to November 2016, initially as Procurement Manager, leading a group responsible for securing raw materials and achieving significant cost reductions. Earlier roles at IBM included Equipment Manager, where Pascal managed 35 technicians and engineers, and Lean Manufacturing Coordinator, driving the transformation of the Bromont manufacturing facility. Pascal holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal, a Master’s degree in Project Management from Université de Sherbrooke, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke.
