Priya Adhikary

Priya Adhikary is a seasoned professional with experience in public health and program coordination, currently serving as a Senior Program Coordinator at the Infectious Diseases Society of America since October 2019. In this role, Priya provides essential resources and support for clinical practice, develops deliverables for healthcare professionals during the COVID-19 pandemic, and organizes webinars focused on clinical practice support. Previous experience includes serving as Program Supervisor for the Westhaven Health Education Program at UVA Health System, where Priya implemented a health education initiative using a mixed-methods approach and conducted evaluations using SAS and Excel. Priya also held internships related to refugee health, conducting research and coordination efforts to support Bhutanese patients.
