Anuja Keshava has had a varied and successful career, beginning in 2016 when they were the President/Country Head of AIESEC. In this role, they were responsible for the strategy process at the national level, representing AIESEC Bangladesh at global, national and external events, and strengthening the management of the National Office. In 2017, they moved to Plan International as a Strategic Communications Specialist, where they supported CSOs in Climate Change Adaption and Disaster Risk Reduction, and was responsible for knowledge product development, information and data collection, monitoring and evaluation, and policy development. In 2018, they joined 91springboard as a Senior Community Manager, where they were responsible for the overall experience of over 500+ coworkers and providing them with networking opportunities for business growth and access to a larger community. In 2020, Anuja Keshava joined inFeedo as a Sr. Customer Success Manager, where they work with people leaders from various industries and helps customers get the best value out of the platform and create stellar employee experience.

Anuja Keshava completed their studies in Business Law at UPES in 2016.
