Saloni Goyal

Saloni Goyal has worked in a variety of roles across multiple companies since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, where they were part of a team responsible for the construction of a Children Cognitive Capabilities Scale. In 2017, they worked as a Psychometrician Intern at BrainPundits Technologies and a Research Intern and Workshop Curator at Karma Center for Counselling & Wellbeing. In 2018, they worked as a Human Resources Researcher Intern at Executive Access and a Psychometrician (Fellowship) at Power Within. Since 2019, they have been working at inFeedo as a Sr. People Scientist- Consulting, People Scientist, and People Science Associate. In their role as People Scientist, they have partnered with HR fraternity to enable them to make talent a competitive advantage by giving them a data driven understanding of their employee experience. Saloni has also provided pre and post survey consulting with C-Suite leaders across 150+ global organizations on human capital and employee listening strategies using people analytics & organization behavior knowledge. Additionally, they have driven R&D and modeled the research framework and constructed a scale for inFeedo’s product ‘Crisis Management’ to help the organization scale in times of COVID.

Saloni Goyal completed their Master's degree in Applied Psychology, Specialization in Organisational Behavior from Delhi University between 2018 and 2020. In 2019, they attended a Summer School in Data Analysis at Ashoka University. Prior to that, they completed their B.A. (H) Psychology from Keshav Mahavidyalaya between 2015 and 2018. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Leadership, Consumer Psychology and Human Resource Development from IIT- Kharagpur, IIT guwahati and IIT Kharagpur respectively in 2018.
