Inference Chain is a specialist RELEX implementation partner built for enterprise retail, grocery, and manufacturing businesses across the UK and EMEA.

We implement RELEX across four core modules - Demand Planning, Inventory & Replenishment, Manufacturing Planning, and Space & Assortment - using an AI-infused methodology engineered to compress delivery timelines without compromising the outcome.

What makes us different:

→ 95+ years of combined transformation experience, across some of the world's most operationally complex businesses, including adidas, Asda, Aldi UK, Greggs, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Stellantis, and BP.

→ Data-first implementation. The work that makes everything else possible. We address data quality at the start of every engagement so RELEX can perform from day one.

→ AI-powered acceleration. Proprietary tooling that compresses implementation timelines without compressing quality.

As an official RELEX Solutions implementation partner, we combine proven delivery capability with innovative technology to help clients deploy faster, reduce risk and realise value sooner.

Backed by TCN Capital. Sister business to Inference Group.
