Elizabeth Xu

Elizabeth Xu has an extensive work experience in the technology industry. Elizabeth started their career in 1995 as a Customer Support Engineer at PSINet. In 1997, they joined Cisco Systems as a Consulting Engineer, then moved up to Manager, Systems Engineer, Director, Advanced Services, and Senior Director, Greater China Services. In 2016, Elizabeth became the CEO of C&M Information Technology Co., Ltd. (神州网信--中国电科与微软合资公司）. That same year they were also appointed as General Manager, Windows & Surface Business Group, Greater China Region at Microsoft. In 2019, Elizabeth joined Hillhouse Capital Management as an Operating MD and in 2020 they were appointed as President at Infervision, where they are responsible for developing the company's global strategy, executing their GTM plan, product innovation plan and operation plan, and transforming the company by hiring and developing top talent and building high performing teams.

Elizabeth Xu holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Wharton School, obtained in 2007 with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Finance. Elizabeth also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Renmin University of China, obtained in 1994 with a focus on International Finance. Additionally, they obtained their Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE 3082) certification from Cisco in October 1997.
